Automatic opening and closing of all horizontal insulation profiles and telescopic panels, that is, the operation speed of the movable partition wall system is provided by a semi-automatic motorized system. Power supply transfer between panels is provided by contact points on the side surface of the panels. Electrical power for movement and control is provided by a plug-in power supply.
The movement of the insulation profiles is controlled by a central switch (control button). A microprocessor monitors all functions. The panels have a double-layered insulation profile at the top and bottom, applying constant pressure to compensate for the disturbances in the floor and ceiling. The spring profile in the semi-automatic motor system applies continuous pressure to these profiles. The black profile at the end of the aluminum profiles is made of polyurethane material to provide maximum vertical sound insulation. Vertical profiles are made of aluminum to provide maximum sound insulation and stability. The size of the lower and upper insulation profiles when opened is 20 mm. The contact pressure is a minimum of 400 N.
The panels are connected to each other by locking concave and convex aluminum profiles vertically.
On the last panel of the dividing system, there is a special telescopic panel with an extensible part. This piece continues along the entire height of the panel. The telescopic panel, as in other panels, is manufactured from 18 mm Mdf-Lam to be deemed appropriate by the EMPLOYER/CONTROLLER and PROJECT AUTHOR and has an E1 feature.
Each panel is suspended from one or two points in an aluminum rail suspended from the ceiling by rollers that provide movement. The hangers are connected to the panel with shock-absorbing rods and impact-resistant rods for safe movement.
Each panel has an adjustable feature to compensate for any sagging in the ceiling. There is no need to open the pan cavity or open the inside of the panel. When there is a deterioration in the panel that requires replacement, the panels can be easily changed without disturbing the system, thanks to their hooked feature.
The rail is long-lasting and maintenance-free. Intersections, T-joints, and corner members are joined by welding.
